BOISE, Idaho—June 29, 2016— Zasio, a global leader in Information Governance (IG) technology solutions and consulting services, today announced that it has secured new business – including technology and consulting services – from enterprises spanning a variety of key industries, including Government, Banking/Financial and Food & Beverage with 21 new clients, including The City and County of Denver, Ford Foundation, The Bank of Ghana and Papa John’s. The addition of these clients to Zasio’s already expansive roster of Fortune 100 companies has fueled continued business growth and product innovations for its suite of Versatile™ technology solutions and expert-led consulting services.
On the heels of the company’s visual rebrand in early 2016, Zasio unveiled version 10 of Versatile Retention™ and Versatile Retention International™, the most powerful retention technology available on the market today. In addition to a modernized user interface and intuitive navigation, the updated solutions boast new and enhanced features, including:
- Revamped citation delivery, showcasing what’s changed and how it relates to the schedule before merging into the database
- At-a-glance, consolidated authorizers view
- Improved citation searching
- User-defined fields allowing for custom lists and checkboxes
Zasio’s Electronic Records Management System (ERMS™) technology add-on has also undergone a significant refresh. The solution now comes with a variety of new features, some of which include:
- Logged users actions to the audit trail when an item is committed and approved, in addition to when it is added, opened, modified or deleted
- Folders that can be set to automatically approve documents as they are saved
- HTML-compatible URLs to launch ERMS
- Added support for Outlook 2013, and users can now pre-assign ERMS folders to Outlook personal folders so they are automatically captured
