In this session, we’ll tackle the question of outsourcing–an essential strategy of doing more with less. How do you know what functions to outsource, and when it’s the right time to do it? What strategies are there for managing costs and quality? What are the pitfalls and best practices?

Learn more about our guest panelist: Dynessa Nordrum has more than two decades of experience in records and information management and information governance. She has worked in a variety of industries, including food and beverage manufacturing, agriculture, electric and gas utilities, chemicals, and local government. She has a BBA with a major in Information Management from the University of North Dakota and holds several certifications: Certified Records Manager (ICRM), Information Governance Professional (ARMA), Certified Information Professional (AIIM), and Certified Information Governance Officer (CIGOA).
