Zasio Enterprises is seeking a mature and professional part-time Administrative / Accounting Assistant. This role is two-fold, consisting of assisting with accounts receivable and general administrative support, as well as supporting upper management.
Role & Responsibilities:
- General accounts receivable, client invoicing, and collections.
- Phone support, incoming mail distribution, filing, document scanning.
- Provide general administrative support to various departments.
- Support upper management.
- Ad-hoc projects.
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in an administrative support role REQUIRED.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Proficiency at a variety of office equipment, such as fax machines, photocopiers, scanners, and videoconferencing and telephone systems.
- Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and business communication skills.
- Accurate and fast typing speed (65+ wpm).
- Ability to work well independently and in a team.
- Ability to work well with little supervision.
- Strict attention to detail.
- Comfortable with repetitive / mundane tasks.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and integrity.
- Proactive and resourceful.
- Provide excellent references.
