Data Services

Zasio Enterprises’ expert support staff can convert existing data from your records management database. Most of the common data formats can be accommodated, such as Excel, Access, Oracle, SQL Server, FoxPro, Lotus Notes, delimited text, and others. Our support staff discusses data mapping with the customer to ensure not only accurate data transfer, but the most optimum configuration for use within the Versatile Software. Our data conversion services are initially conducted at our location in Boise, Idaho. Once completed, routines and associated applications that aid in the conversion are sent with the technician and utilized at the customer’s site.

Configuration Services

Fully qualified technicians from Zasio’s office are available travel to your site to install, configure, train, and test Versatile Enterprise in your environment. Zasio staff can work with internal IT services personnel to install Versatile applications as well as discuss options regarding maintenance, architecture design, and custom setup. We will work with end users on business processes to detail ways to improve workflow within the records management stream. We aim to eliminate unnecessary steps and offer points of automation where available.

Implementation Services

Training Services

Zasio Enterprises normally offers three to five days of training for Versatile Enterprise or Versatile Professional.

 

Our highly-qualified instructors conduct classroom-style, hands-on training at the customer’s site. The courses are designed to give end-users and administrators a strong foundation in using the Versatile software to manage all of their physical and electronic records.

 

Administrator training equips administrators to understand their role, maintain companies and departments, apply effective user management, develop record structures, analyze security, and define items in the setup tables.

 

Administrators are also trained in managing the record center with the space management feature, managing dispositions, creating user-defined fields, viewing and understanding the audit trail, and configuring system defaults, among others.

 

User training steps users through such processes as understanding the Versatile desktop, entering records, checking out and returning records, searching, and creating custom reports.

 

Training is available for any of the add-ons for Versatile Enterprise: Electronic Records Management (ERMS), Web, Imaging, Notification, and Import, as well as portable barcoding. We also offer yearly “Z-Tech” training conferences at the Zasio offices. These classes provide in-depth training, as well as one-on-one interaction with Zasio staff and other Versatile users.
