Managing a record center is made easy and efficient with Space Management. A wizard walks you through the process of constructing a graphical representation of your record center. At a glance, you can quickly see which spaces are occupied with which boxes.
You can change the visual representation by displaying small or large box icons, changing the number of shelves and/or boxes shown, hiding empty or occupied positions, and displaying box types or box numbers for each position.
