Destructions
The Versatile Professional destructions feature provides an organized approach to destroying your records. Destructions are organized into individual batches of records (boxes and/or files) that are to be destroyed as a whole. You can organize items in batches by department, record series, retention policy, or any desired characteristic.
Scan items to batches, add them manually, or add from a data stream. Search and browse batches, and look up box or file details with one click. When the time comes to destroy records that have completed their life cycle, simply process the batch. The status of the items is changed to ‘Destroyed.'
