Versatile Professional™ is designed to build your records schedule using multiple levels of file classifications. Retention schedules and policies may be defined by department or for an entire organization. Professional contains a built-in imaging system to quickly access and view records. Professional supports robust full-text searching and includes an integrated reporting system. The Versatile Color Label Designer, included with the software, allows users to create and print dynamic color-coded labels for files and boxes.

The Space Management feature allows you to visually manage your record center. A built-in wizard walks you through the process of constructing and allocating space and produces a two-dimensional graphical representation of your record center. The ability to view your record center “at a glance” allows you to immediately assess the availability of space and the location of boxes.

The destruction feature provides an organized approach to destroying records. Individual batches, which include authorization and destruction information, help to organize a collection of records that are destroyed as a whole.

Enhanced security lets system administrators manage access to software functionality, information stored within companies and departments, and records stored in record centers. Access rights are assigned to security groups, which is then applied to individual users. This efficient and organized method of applying security is essential to your system administrator.

Professional supports both direct interface and portable barcoding.
