Retention Scheduling

Express allows you to develop records retention schedules. You can assign ownership to your records and classify them using a multilevel hierarchy of companies, departments, and record series. You can assign different retention periods for micrographics, disks, tapes, and other media types within the same record series.

Express includes 200 predefined record titles with built-in retention policy. These commonly used record titles offer a great start from which to build your retention schedule.

Simply assign your defined record series to the file or box, and the system automatically calculates the transfer and destruct dates.
