Full Text Searching

A key component to any records management system is searching. That’s why we integrated a full-text search engine that rivals most high end systems. Search logic including Boolean (and, or, not, like), proximity, phrase, wildcard (leading, trailing), and sounds-like are all standard features.

The full-text searching feature can be used to search any description fields—even user-defined description fields.

The search feature, lets you search multiple fields or user-defined ranges of data. You can sort the search results and print reports of the retrieved records.

Once records are found, you can inquire the detail for a retrieved record with the click of a button.
