User Profiles

 

User profiles in Versatile Enterprise extend the security options by allowing the administrator to customize fields on the Files, Boxes, Documents, and Record Series screens.

 

Custom profiles can also aid in data accuracy by restricting users to seeing only what needs to be changed, renaming fields to better describe the usage of the field within your organization, or by requiring a field to be populated before saving the data. They may also be used to set default values.

 

A custom profile may be assigned to one or more users and will affect only the users to whom the profile
