Strategies and Views

Strategies are used throughout Versatile Enterprise as a powerful means for searching, viewing, and reporting on current data. With strategies, users can save keywords and search filters for later use; column selections and reports can also be added to the same strategy as ‘views.’ Each Versatile user can create his/her own strategies, or save them in organizational folders to be shared with an entire company or a specific department.

Whenever a strategy is run, search results and reports are updated with current data. Dynamic date ranges, such as ‘This Month’ or ‘This Quarter,’ automatically adjust according to the date when the search is executed or the report is run.
