ChargeBack System

 

The ChargeBack system can be used to bill departments for records management services provided, such as box/file checkout, destructions, and records storage. Versatile Enterprise uses chargeback accounts to track billable activity and will automatically post entries to the account journal for any valid charges when an activity occurs. Charges can also be manually entered in the account journal for any ad hoc charges.
