Are the Versatile products compatible with Windows Vista? What about Windows 7?
Versatile is compatible with both Windows Vista and Windows 7! We are still completing some of the regression testing on 7, but we don't see or anticipate any problems so far.
Which database platforms can be used for Versatile software?
All of our Versatile products can use MSSQL 2000, 2005, and 2008, as well as MSSQL 2005 Express. In addition we fully support Oracle 9, 10, and 11.
Does Versatile Enterprise integrate with other systems?
Yes, Versatile integrates in a number of ways. We have an import utility that can pull data in from other systems on a scheduled basis. We also have a Web-based Application Programming Interface (API) that allows other systems to query box, file, and retention schedule information. Our Electronic Records Management System (ERMS) has general-purpose tools for integrating with shared network drives, databases, and MS SharePoint. Our implementation experts can also provide custom integrations within the database.
