Versatile Professional™ is Zasio’s mid-range product. It has all the features of Versatile Express™, plus some powerful additions: space management, security, and portable barcoding.

Whether your files are still in use and need to be accessed regularly (“active”) or stored in boxes and put away for eventual disposition (“inactive”), Professional helps you track their location at all times. With Professional, records can be associated to departments and assigned to a robust file classification system. You can also set up a retention schedule and box your inactive files according to the date they are scheduled to be destroyed or permanently archived. With the built-in e-mail manager, you can even store and apply retention to incoming and outgoing e-mail.

Versatile Professional comes with a built-in imaging system capable of working with most TWAIN compatible scanners. It also has a robust search engine that can perform
Boolean (AND/OR/NOT), phrase, and
wildcard searches.
