The Versatile Enterprise Web module is an add-on product to Versatile Enterprise. The Web module enables remote offices to search, request, and view records information using their Web browser.

The Web module's Web browser function places information within everyone's reach. Users with authorized access and a Web browser can search for specific records by name or content, select the items they need, and send an electronic request directly to the record center. Users can also fill out file and box creation requests. Using Versatile's electronic document management capabilities, they can even view electronic files, images, and e-mail right from their own browser. Best of all, our Web-based system is so simple, there's no need for user training or additional software. Now that's power!
