Record structures are used in Versatile to designate the type of characters (such as numeric, alpha, or both) and number of characters that may be entered on your record series and files. Most records management systems do not incorporate the flexible design features offered by Versatile. We believe that a well-designed record structure in Versatile will lead to a far superior records management system than competitive systems can offer.
