Documents are sometimes so important that they need to be managed as distinct parts of a file record, or as unique records. The Documents feature in Versatile Enterprise allows you to manage your documents. You can perform most of the same functions with documents as you can with files, except that you do not add retention at the document level. Electronic versions of the document can also be attached.
