Versatile Enterprise's destruction module provides an organized approach to destroying your records. Destructions are organized into individual batches. A batch is a collection of records (boxes and/or files) that are destroyed as a whole. An authorization section allows you obtain and record destruction authorization information from a department head, legal council, or both.
