The Versatile Collaboration Module is a complement to the
Versatile Enterprise records management system that lets
team members share electronic documents in a in a secure, managed environment—without even being in the office.

With the Versatile Collaboration module, there’s no need to
post multiple versions of documents to shared network drives,
or e‑mail copies back and forth to coworkers. Project team members can check documents in and out of a central and secure repository and have their changes automatically synchronized to other team members, with full snapshot revision control built-in to the document properties. They can even work off-line, and their changes will automatically be synchronized when they reconnect to the internet—no vpn or e‑mail required. 

The Collaboration Module gives administrators complete control over the proliferation of document copies outside of the repository. When the project is complete, simply close it and all documents are removed from team members’ folders, and documents or users not on the network automatically expire.
In addition, all documents are highly encrypted to protect your business content.
