Reporting
All Versatile software products come with a powerful reporting package that allows queries of the database using multiple report filters. With dynamic date filters such as “Today,” “Next Week,” “This Quarter,” etc., reports will be current no matter when they are run, without having to change anything! Reports can be e-mailed to multiple users or exported to a text file. An external viewer is also available so users who don’t even have Versatile installed can run the reports, as long as they have access to the database.
Importing / Exporting
