Boise, Idaho. – November 1, 2006 – ARMA International’s 51st annual conference, held October 22-24, was a great success. Over 2,100 attendees converged in San Antonio, TX to gather information on the business and technology of managing records and information. The annual conference is always a great opportunity for us to visit with our customers, meet new prospects, and demonstrate our latest products.
At this year’s conference, Zasio showcased the full-circle integration of all record types. We demonstrated Versatile’s unmatched control over physical records and its seamless integration into the Windows desktop for managing electronic documents and repositories. Of particular interest to attendees was our ability to manage shared documents through our Collaboration module. Documents synchronize back into the overall Versatile records management system for retention management, allowing you
to manage your business information from one system.
We received a number of positive comments from attendees. The most interesting was the recurring feedback that Zasio was the only vendor on the show floor offering management of everything in one, self-contained package, including physical records, unstructured documents, structured repositories, email, and record centers, without
third-party add-ons.
During the three day event, we raffled off 4 iPods. Sandra Tucker with ATI Allvac,
Arthur Gutzman with Dade Moeller & Associates, Carolina Jordan, and Sandra Gray
with Kraft Foods were the lucky recipients.
Preparations are already underway for the AIIM show in Boston, MA, April 17-19.
