Boise, Idaho. – July, 2006 –The AIIM/OnDemand Conference in Philadelphia was another successful show for Zasio Enterprises, Inc. The event proved once again to be the definitive enterprise technology event.
In addition to seeing many of our customers, the AIIM show was a great opportunity for us to demonstrate what we’ve been working on and get feedback on our efforts. At this year’s conference, Zasio showcased its Versatile Electronic Records Management System (ERMS) and our new Collaboration Module, which allows users to securely and automatically share documents with team members in the office or on the road.
ERMS, part of the well-known Versatile Enterprise records management suite, was engineered under the principle of “build it in, don’t bolt it on.” Instead of force-fitting third-party components into our software, we continuously develop our own modules and fully integrate them into Versatile Enterprise. This allows for seamless management of all records and content from one application, regardless of media type.
ERMS and Collaboration generated a great deal of interest from visitors as they recognized how easy it was to organize, store, and share records of any type in a central and secure repository—including e-mail, word processing documents, spreadsheets, PDF files, scanned images, boxes, paper files, and more.
Plans are already underway for next year’s conference in Boston. This year Zasio will also be exhibiting at the ARMA International Conference and Expo in San Antonio, Texas, October 22nd-25th. If you are planning on attending, please be sure to stop in for a demonstration of Versatile Enterprise and its integrated tools. We look forward to seeing you there! |
