Versatile Web - Retention

The Versatile Web - Retention is a new robust add-on Web module for Versatile Retention customers. Versatile Web - Retention gives remote offices the same basic functionality as the standard client software, but through their Web browser.

After creating the organization's retention schedule in Versatile Retention, administrators can instantly publish their organization's records retention schedule to the corporate intranet. Once published, users with authorized access may view the corporate retention schedule, including the master record series, company, and/or departmental record series. Users can also view the interview data from which the records retention schedule was derived.

End users will also appreciate the ability to quickly identify relevant U.S. federal and state statutory and regulatory requirements to retain records. By considering the legal jurisdictions in which the company operates, the business activities engaged in by the company, and other filters that may be specified, the software finds relevant laws in its database of over 20,000 legal citations.

The Versatile Retention Web Module provides an intuitive interface to allow researchers to use the search method that best fits their situation. Best of all, Versatile Web - Retention is so simple, there's no need for user training.
