Versatile Color Label Designer

The Versatile Color Label Designer allows you create custom color-coded label designs for files and boxes in Versatile Enterprise, Versatile Professional, and Versatile Express. With the Versatile Color Label Designer the colors printed on the label are tied to data in the Versatile database. You can also import TabQuik® label formats for direct printing within Versatile.

The Versatile Color Label Designer lets you create custom color-coded label designs for files and boxes in Versatile Enterprise, Versatile Professional, and Versatile Express. There is no need to purchase and learn expensive third-party software.

Following are some of the features of the Versatile Color Label Designer:

•  Easy-to-use user interface that lets you see your label design in a WYSIWYG screen.
•  Prints ‘dynamic’ color-coded shapes, text, and barcodes from your Versatile database.
•  Prints static shapes, text, barcodes, lines, and graphics such as a company logo or any bitmap file.
•  Color mapping is set up in a color file where each color is user-defined and is saved as part of the project.
•  Simultaneous use of different color sets for letters, numbers, months, years, or user-defined ‘direct’ colors.
•  Color files may be shared among different projects.
•  Data may be edited and saved with a label project.
•  Ability to preview labels before printing.
•  Ability to key in a different starting position, so you can use a portion of a sheet of labels.
•  Comes with a pre-defined sample label design that you can use as the basis for new labels.
•  Import existing TabQuik label formats, or print directly from Versatile through the TabQuik program.
