Zasio is pleased to announce the release of Versatile Retention™ – Version 8; taking retention schedule management to a whole new level. Retention 8 is packed with new features and a new look, including: complete schedule change control management, automated messaging support, and enhanced searching and reporting.

In addition to Versatile Retention’s legal database of over 25,000 citations, you can now add your own citations to fill in local or industry-specific requirements.

The application also stores and displays international character sets for tracking notes and rules in a country’s native language.

The Versatile Web add-on gives authorized users the ability to view and manage change requests via the Web. They can also view countries associated with schedule titles, and open messages sent in conjunction with change requests.
