We are seeking a seasoned I.T. professional to implement and support our software for a growing, world-wide client base in the records management industry. Boise, Idaho Corporate Office
Responsibilities:
Work with business and I.T. staff to install, train, and support Zasio clients via telephone, e-mail, fax, and internet-based support system; configure and test databases for various platforms; install multi-tier applications; advise customers on best practices; migrate legacy data; and provide technical training for end-users and I.T. staff.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years prior experience with databases, plus report design, and I.T. or technical support required. Must be able to demonstrate knowledge of database structures, triggers, stored procedures, and complex queries. Considerable knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems. Must possess a good mix of technical and interpersonal skills. The ability to communicate effectively and be patient with clients to identify and resolve technical and configuration issues is a must. Knowledge of SQL and proficiency in the following RDBMS platforms: Oracle 8x/9x/10x and MSSQL Server 2000/2005. Experience with Crystal Reports, HTML, ASP, PHP, or XML a plus. MCDBA or MCSE preferred. 25%+ travel is required.
