Part Time Administrative Assistant
Zasio Enterprises currently has an exciting opportunity for a positive and sharp part-time Senior Administrative Assistant. The Senior Administrative Assistant will manage and communicate office information; plan and schedule meetings and appointments; organize and maintain paper and electronic files; manage projects; conduct research; and disseminate information by using the telephone, mail services, Web sites, and e-mail. They will also handle travel and guest arrangements and compile and analyze data for special projects.
Responsibilities will also include, but are not limited to answering phones, making travel arrangements, handling incoming mail, coordinating meetings or events, handling confidential communications, and performing other various clerical duties such as copying, faxing, ordering supplies, preparing packages, and shipping. They will also negotiate with vendors, maintain leased equipment, purchase supplies, manage the corporate stockroom, and retrieve data from various sources.
Because Zasio Enterprises is a small company, the successful candidate must have extensive experience managing a wide range of tasks and be willing to take on any assignment with a positive attitude.

Some paralegal knowledge, including the ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive legal issues and documents, and work with contracts and license agreements.
